Your tasks:

  • Consulting & Support: Supporting our customers from the concrete and timber precast industry in inside sales, acting as the primary contact for commercial and technical inquiries.

  • Offer Management: Creating individual offers, order entry, and support until delivery.

  • Order Processing: Complete handling including entry, delivery date coordination, and monitoring.

  • Technical Coordination: Collaboration with application engineering and field sales to develop optimal solutions.

  • Customer Relationship Management & Development: Maintaining existing customer relationships and actively expanding our customer portfolio.

  • ERP & Data Maintenance: Working with our ERP system for maintaining customer, item, and order data, as well as deadline monitoring.

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial or technical training

  • Experience in inside sales, ideally in technical sales or the construction industry

  • Strong technical understanding

  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems

  • Structured, independent work style with a high degree of customer orientation

  • Excellent German language skills, proficient English language skills, additional foreign languages a plus
